What Talia is
Talia LLC is a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States. It operates as a business-to-business company: our customers are companies, not consumers.
The company has three sources of revenue. It develops, licenses and supports software and digital products. It provides technology and business consulting, implementation and support services. And it buys, sells, distributes, imports and exports lawful goods, including technology products, professional equipment and business supplies.
We also develop and own intellectual property, and license it to customers where that is the right commercial structure.
How the company is organised
Talia is deliberately small and deliberately direct. The person who scopes the work is involved in delivering it, which keeps the distance between a promise and a result short.
We work under written agreements. Each engagement begins with a specification: what is being built or bought, what it costs, when it is due, and who is responsible for what. Change is handled in writing too.
Where a project needs specialists or a manufacturer we do not have in-house, we contract them and remain accountable to the client for the result.
